Symptoms and Treatment of Overdose and Antidote(s): T3 Ada is not to be taken orally and is for topical use only. Absorption does not occur to any great extent with topical use, hence overdosage is unlikely. If the medication is applied excessively, no more rapid or better results will be obtained and marked redness, peeling, or skin discomfort may occur. In the event of accidental ingestion, if ingestion is recent, the stomach should be emptied immediately by gastric lavage. (Chronic ingestion of the drug may lead to the same side effects as those associated with excessive oral intake of vitamin A).
